Italy

Italy’s 2nd largest island of Sardinia is one of 5 Blue Zones in the world with the most centenarians per population. It is a region with more sheep than inhabitants; 1150 miles of coastline; welcoming and hospitable people and delicious food.

Sardinia’s rugged and spectacular landscape is dotted with thousands of nuraghi – mysterious Bronze Age stone ruins. One of the oldest, Su Nuraxi in Barumini, dates to 1500 B.C. Come and explore two areas of this fascinating and ancient island with us.
