All participants must sign the Waiver and Hold Harmless Agreement.
Since most countries have dropped the vaccination requirement we no longer require vaccinations for Covid 19 to join the tours, however we strongly recommend that participants be vaccinated.
All participants must have a current passport that will not expire until at least 6 months after the tour is terminated.
All participants must be ambulatory and able to stand up for a minimum of one hour. Those with significant health issues must travel with a partner.
All fees must be paid at least 3 months prior to the commencement of the tour.
Niche Tours, LLC is released from all responsibility and liability for any travel and/or stay before the stated start of tours and after the stated end.
It must be understood that Niche Tours, LLC is not affiliated with any of the third party companies providing services during tours.
Although we make every effort to ensure safety, we cannot foresee accidents or illnesses therefore, we strongly suggest that participants include purchasing travel insurance for their trip.

Deposit is non-refundable and is due at signup.
(The deposit will be refunded in full if the tour is canceled)
Final payment is due 3 months prior to the start of the tour. No exceptions unless previously arranged with the company.
Payments can be made by cash or check, or credit card through our payment platform “We Travel”. The platform is accessed from the book now button on the tour price page.
Arrangements can be made for a payment plan if requested and prior to signing up.
